Training Methods

Upon registration with the American Language Service (ALS), each class participant will be given a written test and a personal interview in order to attempt to assess his/her current level of English competency.

Participants are expected to take a full and active part in every lesson through interesting dialogues, lively debates, varied role playing and stimulating discussions; by working in pairs, or small groups, as well as activities within and outside of the classroom environment.

During the course duration, participants will learn new and important grammar along with key and essential everyday vocabulary to improve their pronunciation, in order to develop facility in communicating in both spoken and written American English.

We aim to improve your ability to understand, speak, read and write English. Special emphasis is placed on speaking the language with accompanying activities expertly designed to improve your pronunciation, conversational skills and overall knowledge of easy-to-understand American English grammar.
